Growing up, DR had a wonderful childhood with both parents taking care of him. However, he had no idea what his future held. He chose a company that sparked his interest, leading him down a path less traveled. Unfortunately, he made some poor choices and ended up serving over a decade in jail for committing armed robberies and assault...

OLYMPIAN MEDALIST
Dennis Blake OLY, the two-time Olympian from the Parish of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, was eight years old when he formulated three goals to:

(1) Be on television
(2) Run in the Olympics
(3) Win an Olympic medal

Raised by a single, uneducated, and deaf mother who clean houses for a living, he was always the fastest boy in the class.

By age 20, that speed launched him to America and a college scholarship. His mother, stunned and surprised, laughed in disbelief at his golden ticket abroad.

Soon he would miss her affectionate smile and unique essence. Blake’s life was like a trampoline, yet his obstacles served as springboards, launching him to the heights of track and field.
